Press shop

The company MAPLAST CZ, s.r.o. is divided into 2 separated business units (press shop and tool shop).

In the press shop 28 injection moulding machines are currently available with the clamping force from 35 tones up to 1000 tones. Thanks to this, we are able to provide our customers with plastic parts from 0.05 g to 3,500 g per shot weight. We process all available thermoplastics (PE, PP, PS) and also special technical thermoplastics (ABS, PA, PA6, PA66, PC, PBT, PMMA, POM, PUR, PPS, PSU, TPE, PEEK..) and others.

A key aspect of our production and the main advantage over our competitors is a fully flexible setting of our production. We are able to set up our production for high mix low volume and also for low mix high volume needs. This flexibility allows us to ensure the production of more than 800 parts per year using more than 600 different tools.

Working hours in press shop are divided into three shift operating system, optimally five working days per week (if necessary ensuring continued operation on weekends).
